CompCode Solutions, a proprietorship of Supriya Anand, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Udyam UDYAM-KR-03-0742904), runs AI-Tutor at ai.learning.compcodesolutions.com. This notice follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Account details: name, email address, and a password stored only as a hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email, and profile image Google shares for that sign-in.

Learning records: courses you open, progress, quiz attempts, submissions, and certificates.

Payments: the starter workshop and team or website offers are charged through Razorpay. We store the order status and the amount. We do not store card numbers. Beginner courses, Intermediate courses, and the Mastering programme are free.

Messages you send to supriya.anand@compcodesolutions.com, and the pages you request, including your IP address, in server logs. We do not run advertising or a cross-site analytics product on AI-Tutor.

Why we use it

To run your account, show courses, record progress, issue certificates, take a payment you start, reply to you, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data.

Who else sees it

Contabo hosts the server. Razorpay processes a payment you start. Google processes a Google sign-in. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, progress, and certificates while the account is open. We delete them when you ask. Server logs are kept for 30 days. The database lives on the server. We do not send it to a separate backup company.

Your rights

You can ask for a summary of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, and withdraw consent. Email supriya.anand@compcodesolutions.com with the subject "Data request – AI-Tutor". We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
