What the candidate has done
Our candidates complete Mastering AI-Assisted Development & Vibe Coding: 65 structured days, self-paced.
Along the way each one produces:
- Three graded milestone assessments — scores, not attendance
- A build artifact for every day — commits, repos, published links
- A decision log showing what they handed to a model, what they kept, and why
- Their own prompt library, with anti-goals and verification steps
The last two are the ones worth reading in an interview. They show how someone thinks about delegating work to a machine, which is most of what a junior engineer needs to get right now.
You can verify all of it
Every certificate carries a unique serial and a public verification link. It shows the learner's name, the programme, the batch, the issue date and the milestone summary.
Nothing to take on trust. If the link does not check out, do not hire them.
The same page lists the scenario deliverables that learner submitted — repo URLs and decision notes — under build history.

A flat fee rather than a percentage of CTC, so nobody has to disclose salary or argue about what CTC includes.
